As many scenes lately, this is highly implausible. At first, I thought Keller was high because he was acting as he didn’t have reflexes, just like a robot. But as soon as Defendi began to touch his tool, he got instantaneously hard and regained consciousness immediately. Then they started to get laid and at the end of the scene Keller claims that his girlfriend wasn’t as good on the bed as Defendi, thus I guess Keller has overcome his pain and have forgotten his girlfriend completely.
