As far as the shaved head, some guys can pull it off better than others. He does a fine job, but his head is slightly irregular, so it’s not a perfect shape. Doesn’t look bad, just not the best bald head I’ve seen. You can tell from the faint shadow that his hair was receding so decided to shave it off, which is a smart move. His face is striking enough to do it justice.

I think you’re right and that I got too caught up in the negativity of several others’ comments with my own hyperbole. I don’t like seeing that in others or in myself. If I were to rewrite my post, I would eliminate the judgment that this is the “worst” update. I looked back at the photos but didn’t review the video. I think I over-reacted, and I would say the same about the way I used the word “Fugly.” I would retract them, too. I still am not especially fond of his bald head, and the more I look at his face, the more I think he has some very attractive facial features including a very kissable mouth. I once sent a email to SC asking that question wondering if they asked the model to alter their various hair lengths. The response came back that they do not require or even suggest alteration…the models do that on their own.
