The Czechs were always generally anti-communist, and of course forced into the Soviet Union by force. Is you friend by any chance someone who calls Obama and American Democrats “communists?” And calls any social programs like welfare, food stamps or Medicaid — as well as any business regulatory laws, communisim? They throw around that label recklessly when they don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about. Not saying your friend necessarily fits that mold, but I wonder if he is considering any kind of social programs “communism.”?
