What is truly needed in my opinion are performers who are great in any situation and role. Guys like Calvin, Jake (II), and Ashton (II) come to mind. Even Pierce and Pavel (though at times they could be polarizing) gave consistently great performers regardless the role they were in.
Sean Cody and pretty much every site would benefit from having more performers like this.
