Exactly, the models are willing to do every, they suck dick, take dick and take loads to the face/mouth and they still manage to make it look boring. I would love to see Kris Evans just be like Abe once in a while and just fuck someone’s brains out but i guess the models follow the rules that the owner has set. They don’t get a lot of criticism on the site from their subs, they mostly blow smoke up the owner’s ass and that is probably part of the problem.

Hoyt has some pretty energetic scenes (with Nial Morris (I think that’s his name) and Christian Lundgren (IDK about this scene, but he has two others with him that are nice) and I say that as someone who think he’s supremely boring and a snooze.

But as a whole, a lot of their models are very mechanical in how they have sex; as if they’re afraid to stray away from what they’re told to do.

Yep. Their older scenes and older performers are more subdued than the newer bunch (I wonder why that is), but as a whole, their great performers are less in number than their boring/mediocre ones.

The best Belami performers, in my humble opinion and in terms of performance, energy, and actual interest in their scene partners: Dylan (most members think he’s ugly, but his energy makes up for it lmao), Kevin (but he’s overused and overexposed now), Jack (not his older scenes though), Gino Mosca, Arne Coen, and Ronny Lamarr (again, not as good looking as others, but he’s always interested in his partners); newer models: Hoyt (with the right partner), Bastian Dufy, Jerome Exupery, Christian Lundgren (!!), Shane Sanders, Milan Sharpe, Gary Danton, and Nino Valens, Danny Defoe, Rafael Moretti, Jean-Luc Bisset, Justin Saradon, and Damien Chapelle are looking pretty promising. /If anyone cares and doesn’t want to waste their time looking for worthy Belami performers.

I sympathize with that argument, but beg to differ. You and Kevin below are making different points. I don’t think Bel Ami is any more lacking in pigginess than the “American boy” studios. What does Corbin Fisher do that Bel Ami doesn’t do? Twincest and Vatican sex seems to me to have been the point when they rounded the corner. I also think that Adam Archuleta, Mick Lovell, Vadim Farrell, Ennio Guardi, Trevor Yates, and Dario Dolce all belong on that pig list with Jack Harrer.

BA’s problem is not that they don’t do enough, but that when they do it, it’s usually unconvincing. The list of guys you can imagine doing this stuff offscreen is probably limited to the above list. But try to imagine Chaosmen without Bryan. Part of why that site feels gayer is because we know he’s gay. Otherwise, what’s the difference between Bentley and Kris Evans? They do the same stuff. Bryan has launched a lot of successful porn careers, but that only calls attention to all the things they never got into when they worked for him. (I’m looking at you, Eli and Carter.)

If I’m wrong, I’m all ears for the rebuttal, but that’s my theory. I think BA does want to keep the fans who like that boyish Frisky Summer vibe, which is why I’m surprised they ever did a Vatican series. I think they deliberately hire aloof models because when people like Bryan Ockert watch porn, they’d rather watch straight cherubs frolick on the beach than watch Tomas Brand getting creampied by Vander.
