It happened to Stu at Sean Cody this past year when he got shredded for competition. I almost didn’t recognize him. Id guess Kris’s BMI to be at or close to 7% – anything below that he will start to burn muscle as well.

You mean BF% (body fat percentage). Cut is about 7%. Ripped is about 5%, Shredded is 3-4%. Below 3% is about impossible to achieve. And unhealthy. A female below 7% or so will stop her periods (if anyone cares here). Kris’ BF% is probably closer to 5%.

BMI=Body Mass Index, which is weight/(height)^2 in SI units. BMI>25 is usually considered overweight and BMI>40 is morbidly obese (lots of Americans). Most body builders and muscly boys have BMI>25 but are not overweight, because muscle tissue is relatively heavier.
