Actually HIV transmission via oral sex, although possible, is less of a risk than the risk of transmission due to a condom breaking. Evidence indicates that only if their are cuts on the tongue or in or on the mouth is transmission viable. There is as much risk of HIV transmission via the tear ducts if seaman is ejaculated on someone’s face as via oral sex. And as far as HIV infection occurring once seaman has entered the stomach it would be virtually impossible because of the normal acids found in everyone’s stomach. That said I think many people are overlooking or ignoring the transmission of hepatitis via rimming.
