I do agree they are trying to be artistic and it just fails….eye liner? over photo shopped pics? It’s a bit much and with Phenix who is good looking but has been everywhere so much its not even exciting… It just looks like they tried way too hard…

You know those stories of bullies putting the skinny kid’s head in the toilet and flushing it? That hair looks like the toilet was filled with really cheap generic Wal-Mart dye . . . . or battery acid. Maybe he went to the Hair Cuttery where they have those cosmetology students cutting hair for $10. I can’t decide. I have to admit I am perplexed by this hair. The person who did that to him is quite obviously not his friend.
