As for the rest of your comment, it makes no sense, but does indicate age bias on your part. And be prepared for the look of – “who’s that creepy old dude” when you’re sixty.

What, Brad, there’s no ageism, no age prejudice? Come on, that negativity is all-pervasive in American society, whether the oldster is gay or straight. Get real buddy, get real.

Just look at the dumb comments for every Jake Cruise shoot. You can bet your bottom dollar that most of the anti-Jake comments are from twenty-somethings, who act like tired little pissants with their “ewww, he’s so old. How icky”

I’m 34, and I am so-o-o glad my circle of friends – both gay and straight – includes men and women of all ages (from 20 to 83). How sad for you, Brad, that your life is so empty and that you fear for your future and have to attack Jake based on that emptiness and fear.

Am I jealous of Jake? When I’m 60 and have to pay big bucks to young attractive men to have sex with me and appear on the internet, shoot me.

Overall, as for the idiots who attack Jake for being out-of-shape. Heck, the guy’s gonna be 60 soon enough and his look is 99% average. Bottom line? He’s having a ball. Who wouldn’t want to be lying naked next to hot gay men at that age?

Would someone please put him out of my misery?

Oh, and Jason M – there is nothing creepy about being older. There IS something creepy about being a fat slimy ugly lech like Jake though.

As for the Jake Cruise controversy, none of the negativity bothers me. I hope he continues in his business for many more years. He looks like a nice, friendly guy. I also think he’d be fun at parties. I know older gay men like him and they are all happy, have long-term lovers, have great houses and cars, and take wonderful European vacations.

With age comes experience, success, wisdom, and money. I’m looking forward to aging. I’m sorry there are those gay men who think it’s creepy to be older.

Of course, without the Internet, this wouldn’t have happened, but in December 2001, when Jake began his mission, he was ahead of the curve, a very prescient and now very successful fellow. He, like Bill Gates and Pierre O (the eBay creator), saw the future of the Internet in very real and practical terms.

To all of Jake’s naysayers, chances are there’s just a twinge of jealousy crawling under their skins. Some of their comments are just plain stupid and some are rooted in fear of the writer’s own future.

The men he’s with in his videos don’t seem to mind being with him. I’ve got a feeling Jake smells terrific. I’d love to know what cologne he wears.
