He was at this bath-house in Hollywood and got into some kind of fist fight with some tweaked up fool and they were both asked to leave. Well Nelson Troy decided he wasn't leaving and attacked the Latino manager on duty and the police was called. I saw him pick up a bar stool and throw it at the two Latino employees and when the police arrived he spit on on of them and they nearly beat the shit of him. HIV doesn't make people act like that does it.

Not only is he HIV+ but the man is dealing with some demons. He was recently arrested at a bathhouse in Hollywood after he attack the latino manager on duty after he was asked to leave. The cops were called and he spit on one of them and they nearly beat the shit out of him! Man he was on some heavy shit because it took nearly four officers to get him in handcuffs.

I am surprised CockyBoys would use an HIV+ model. Nelson Troy came out as poz on facebook and even claimed that he contracted the virus on set. He has also done at least one bareback vid for SX.
