Secondly, this could be viewed as a misrepresentation, and if this misrepresentation induced you into signing a contract with dirtytony (when you sign up for the website), the contract would not be enforced in court..

Moreover, if the contract you sign when you sign up for the website were governed by the Uniform Commercial Code (which it isn’t), you could have argued that these sample pictures constitute a sample or model, which gives rise to an express warranty of quality (which requires the delivered goods to be of essentially the same quality). Moreover, even if the contract you signed when you bought a subscription contained an express limitation of such a warranty, it would likely be rendered void. —- the point being, even though the contract wouldn’t legally be voidable, because of the airbrushing, under this provision, it certainly shows that the law tends to frown on such matters..
