I still don’t understand. What part of the ginger is red?

By “natural” I meant “true”, as in my hair’s the same color as Marcia Cross’.

Yeah, but the Brits also refer to being fit in terms of a person’s physical appearance — when “being fit” and appearance don’t necessarily mean the same. I know plenty of people who look fit, but would have a heart attack if they had to run a lap.
