Discriminating against bisexual people is NO less narrow-minded or bigoted than discriminating against gays. And I never claimed that Bi people are more discriminated, my point was that you as a gay man should not do the same and discriminate against those in turn.

Being gay is neither a choice nor a disease. Bisexuality, on the other hand, is all about choice, isn’t it? That’s why I refer to it as a sexual preference not a sexual orientation. I am gay; that is my sexual orientation. I am a versatile bottom; that’s a sexual preference. One is immutable. The other, negotiable. They are NOT the same.

How can I put this so that you don’t take (too much) offense? I believe there is sexuality you are born with (homosexuality & heterosexuality) and then there is the kind you pick up along the way (bisexuality, ephebophilia, various fetishes). So, as I see it, the question is, are you a heterosexual who has fetishized penises, men’s asses, etc. or are you a homosexual who has developed a fascination with vagina?

It’s interesting how you talk of gays facing discrimination/persecution. Bisexuals do not face similar persecution, because they have the advantage of being able to retreat into their heterosexuality. If they started rounding up all the gays and putting them into concentration camps (as they sometimes did in WWII), would you be in danger?
