Two main reasons I hear from people who have issues with tattoos:

1) Bad art
2) Wrong person

I don’t think it’s really a movement but if people have a bad tattoo, it was their selection to do it, and that’s why people have a tendency on this site to comment on it. (I admit if I had to choose, I prefer comments on hairstyle/tats/other “choices”, to comments about a person’s physical appearance, which are really cowardly and lame)
