Pat went on a few blogs after he was released and said that his incarceration was for a probation violation (didn’t see his P.O.), not for misconduct. He said when he was 18 he was arrested for having sex with his girlfriend who was 17 (only 6 months younger) despite the fact that it was consensual. He was on probation for 5 yrs. He also said he was no longer on probation and not a sex offender. He apparently took extra time to be finished with probation once he was released. If he’s not a sex offender, he could conceivably come back.
