Actually Turner is better looking in the video than he is in the stills. I did not find him attractive at all when he first appeared on the site, and that had nothing to do with his skin color, I did not even bother to view his solo video. He just looked too thin and not very handsome But I watched this one because of some of the comments that were made on this blog. I’ve been in love w/ Austin since he first appeared on Corbin Fisher becuase I love his body and I have watched all his videos and he seldom disappoints. I’m not defending or condemning anyone here, and I’m not saying that racism is completely absent among posters (a few people definitely go near or over the line). I’m just saying that *most* of the sparks that fly (in both directions) when pix of a non-white model are posted are very unnecessary.

As I’ve said before, if you REALLY want to hear racism, look at comments posted to news stories about the president or other blacks; or listen to Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck (warning — have barf-bag nearby).

The reason why racism is brought up so much is because I have yet to see a black model be on WBB without a racist comment being posted. The majority of the guys who post negative comments refuse to view black men as sexual beings.

It’s never a good thing when the majority tell the minority they should stop being so sensitive. As gay men I’d think we’d all be aware of this… just like when straight people tell us we should stop complaining about prop 8 and a repeal of DADT.

Actually I’m not white. I’m black/Asian and def happy about it. That makes me different than a white person. No better or worse but different. It is your own insecurity if the mere acknowledgment of a difference sets you off.

1. Stop throwing the word racist around without any facts to back it up.

2. Stop fetishizing interracial pairings. If two hot guys (no matter their race) are having hot sex, that’s great. If people think one of the guys isn’t attractive, that may stand in the way of them enjoying the scene. Allow them their opinion without bringing his race into it. You just embarrass yourself when you do. This could have been a hot black guy with Kenny and you’d see the same complaints. No one would be crying racism then.
