Owen is one of my favs. This is too bad, but he does look like he is coping well taking a picture and all. I once read a short story where they took politicians and put them on a small island. They gave them a head start, and send blood sport hunters after them. Well, BladeX, who I often agree with a lot of the times — .e.g, He’s correct about the video with Landon and Max, even though I disagree that Landon was the first guy who appeared to be really into Max, not with the way Alan rimmed that ass of Max like it was going out of style! — never cared for Alan. From day one he felt that Alan’s popularity was undeserved. I guess I can understand where he’s coming from because I never understood the praise of someone like Jonah…even though I respect Jonah/Brady more as a performer now than I did when he was at SC. However, I just don’t understand how one can recongize that Landon is skillful as a top but then say that Alan was average. I agree with BladeX that Alan is average in the looks department compared to other guys on the site, but his skill as a performer made up for whatever he lacked in the looks department, and to me I prefer to have an average-looking but extremely gifted performer than a gorgeous but boring/predictable performer. And Alan may not been perfect in the looks department, but he was no doubt sexy because he oozed confidence and assertiveness Also you felt he genuinely liked each partner he shared the screen with.

So, no, none of the current crop of performers can compare to Alan’s skill as a performer. The current crop of performers wished they had a tenth of Alan’s talent as a top.
