agreed, bmi doesn’t take properly into account muscle mass, especially for athletes. but heath’s only muscles are the ones holding in his beer gut (see pic #1).

i prefer my men to be toned and lean. not “skinny”, but a healthy body fat% of around 12 to 15. sorry, but i just don’t find men who don’t take care of their bodies to be the least bit attractive, and men who try to look lean (by sucking in their gut) are even less attractive.

BMI measurements are very inaccurate.
They don’t measure muscle mass, which is most of us know weighs a lot more than fat.

I don’t mid a man with some meat on his bones. Hell, I rather have that than a skinny, bony, twink.
Twinks are what men are before they hit puberty, undeveloped and far too skinny for my taste. I’ll pass on that, I rather have a real man.

Ok, so let’s say he’s 6′ tall, and his weight is about 225lbs, which I think is about right.

That gives him a BMI of 30.1 which, according to the US National Heart Lung & Blood Institute puts him in the category of “obese”.

That seems to be the problem with a lot of people nowadays, “lean” is being scolded as being “anorexic” and obesity praised as “healthy” or “a lot of man”. In reality, obesity is unhealthy and this guy is likely to have serious health problems. This generation is the first generation in history which has a lower life-expectancy than their parents.

I’m guessing Heath is about 220/230 lbs, and there is NOTHING wrong with that! He’s in no way fat, in no way skinny. He just a lot of man and hair. Delicious!
