Empire, I thought of that. I wouldn’t have brought it up, except the turn of his body is only a little more frontward in the 2nd pic, the neck much shorter. There shouldn’t be that much difference. I only notice these things, because I’m a portrait artist. If you notice the rest of his photos, his neck is not as long as the pic in question. It could be a trick of the angle, but I don’t think so.

Not Photoshop at all. Hold your head up straight looking forward, then turn it 90-degrees; it will tilt down and drop, making your neck look shorter.
