Also, it’s just plain boneheaded when the very first action scene Corbin Fisher presents after re-naming “Amateur College Men” to “American College Men” is one filmed in the Czech Republic.

It’s not turning up “again” it’s never been shown before. It’s a new vid that was filmed a year ago. When you see a movie in a theater that was filmed a year ago Do you think it’s an old film? A scene is new or old based on when it is released, NOT when it is filmed.

I agree with you that Corbin Fisher has been doing some dumb things lately. The new draconian “You owe us 25k whether it’s your fault or not” are so obnoxious that i sent them an e-mail vowing never to join again until they change those clauses.

Since i am no longer a member, it does appear as if getting rid of their JO vids in exchange for these new “unlimited” videos is a pretty dumb idea.

Though i support their efforts in stopping piracy, i also think the sheer volume of legal bulletins makes me think of Corbin Fisher as standing for the Law offices of Corbin and Fisher rather than a porn site.

There is no evidence other than your assertion that the CF-BA collaboration was an “abomination”. The collaboration scenes at BA generally got over a 4 star rating at Corbin Fisher and a 4.5 star rating at BA. Pretty impressive when you consider the fact that I’m sure there were some, at both sites, that hate collaborations so much that they gave the scenes a 1 star without even bothering to look at it.

But ignoring the ratings, from a business perspective it was a pretty good decision. I became a member of Corbin Fisher for quite some time because of the collaboration, there’s a member of the BA forum that has been a member of BA for well over a year that found out about us through the collaboration. Both GD (I’m referring to the owner of BA, George Duroy here) and Mark Randaza have reported an increase in membership since the collaboration. BA, in fact has reported a dramatic increase in membership. BA has made a LOT of other changes since then, so it’s not fair to base their increase entirely on the collaboration, but it’s also hard to argue that the “abomination” has hurt them. Especially when you have clear and convincing evidence- namely me- that the collaboration made one of them at least a few hundred bucks.

Plus there’s the added bonus that Corbin Fisher members and BA members got an extra fuck scene each week, free. This is something CF, especially, could use right now. BA is still providing content that day so it’s not so important to them. And they had a successful movie from the collaboration and a book out of it as well. It seems more of a windfall, than an “abomination”.

As to your comment about the scene not being a “new” update: it remains now and always will remain amongst the stupidest fucking comments I’ve ever heard in my entire life. It’s so stupid that I’m actually kind of surprised that you have the ability to type it since the thought itself is so stupid that it should of created a stupid vacum in your head, sucking not just all intelligent thoughts out of it but also basic motor skills such as typing and swallowing. I’m really surprised you can think it and not be on a feeding tube afterwards.
Maybe, MAYBE the comment wouldn’t be stupid if it were regarding a scene filmed 40 years ago in black and white using older technology and featuring guys in zoot suits. But two years ago they had the same basic filming techniques they have now. Same editing techniques same sound etc. In fact, if you’d never seen these models before, you’d have no way of knowing that the film was two years old unless they told you.

I heard the same idiotic bitch when GD started putting out archival material. Hysterically a lot of the same people bitching quickly started requesting that BA dig through the archives to find materials of models they liked. So the bitch then, like your bitch now, is not about how “old” the scene allegedly is, it is really that they just don’t like the scene. Which is fine.

But really, if we’ve never seen the scene before, it’s a new scene. If you don’t like it based on the content (something which you didn’t even bother mentioning)fine. Hell, i suppose it’s OK to say you don’t like it on spec because one of the models isn’t American. But saying that it’s a “new low” to show a scene simply because it wasn’t filmed in 2011 is beyond idiocy. A scene is good or bad based on content, not the year it was recorded.
