I’m going to agree with you Jonny on this one. I love Rudy’s hair style. It seems to fit him. I like him Rudy more and more with each of his vids, particularly when he bottoms. He’s not perfect in any one area but, together it all works.

2. In summary, my hunch is that Corbin Fisher (ACS + ACM) wants to be a site where condoms are mostly absent (except maybe as a “brief public service announcement”). But — consistent with what I said before — at the same time they want to avoid the label of “Bareback Site.”

Building on your clothing-store analogy, it’s like a high-end retailer that wants to pump up sagging revenues by lowering some prices, but doesn’t want to damage their well-cultivated “high end” image by labeling the change and drawing too much attention to it. They want
to do BB without seeing their “premium product” lumped in with the “Bareback Bin” merchandise. So to the extent it’s currently “peekaboo,” that could just be a way to remain low-key about the
transition and thus help protect the image (and also minimize blowback from the minority who might be bothered enough by BB to unsubscribe).

Even if I’m right, the question remains, “Is this the best strategy?” I don’t know the answer.

moondoggy, I think we see partially eye-to-eye on the Corbin Fisher barebacking issue, but not completely.

Note that, even though ACS has been 100% bareback for a long time, Corbin Fisher never openly promotes this fact. It’s up to the subscriber to discover it on their own, e.g. via a porn blog or after subscribing and viewing.

Regardless of the reason ACS is BB (something that’s been heavily debated), Corbin Fisher simply doesn’t discuss/acknowledge it on the site (or elsewhere, as far as I can tell). So when it comes to what’s happening these days on ACM, I see no reason to assume Corbin Fisher necessarily feels they must choose between Chaosmen-style scream-it positioning (“RAW”) or peekaboo games.

Bareback (or “near-bareback” with all of the condom gone except a tiny ring) clearly appears to be the direction they’re moving with ACM. Maybe not ultimately for *every* scene, but for at least a substantial proportion of them. According to members who check closely, there’s more raw-fucking than ever before (especially on Thursday scenes), and in some scenes that includes *after* the big display of putting on a condom following a minute or two of (lately) full-length “entry fucking.”

So the question isn’t whether ACM is becoming more bareback, but instead how far the transition will progress (or maybe reverse). But regardless, I don’t Corbin Fisher see openly promoting the fact that it’s BB any more than they openly promote that fact for ACS (which is none).
