The p24 antigen test catches hiv within the first 3 weeks after exposure, the antibody test catches the antibodies that develop at about 2-8 weeks after the exposure (on average its at around day 30). The fourth generation hiv tests combine both tests which leads to a very small window period of about a week.

And even if they use the standard antibody test. The average person will develop antibodies at around day 30, just about everyone that's going to develop them will by day 45. By 3 months everyone that's going to test positive, will. With the new tests the window is very small now. Unless these guys are barebacking a lot on their own, their frequent Corbin Fisher tests should keep them negative.
