I think because of upbringing, education, lifestyle, media, and other personal/psychological factors, many young men today have less rigid notions of sexuality and sexual orientation than older generations. Under the right circumstances, these guys are less likely consider sex out of traditional male-female roles to be wrong or repulsive. And “right circumstances” definitely include money. For those who got what it takes, this is easy money that requires no skill or experience – a major lure in today’s job market.

I think there is also a self-selection process for guys who apply to these sites or agree to a scout’s offer. More likely than not these are guys who have a looser attitude towards sex or have had some sexual experience (based on their accounts in interviews) and guys who are aware of their physical attractiveness. Then the casting directors filter out those with performance issues or are too money-hungry or whose looks do not meet the sites’ needs. So at the end of the day, even though “Forrest” looks like a farm boy or “Scott” looks like a 1950’s Bob Mizer jock, what we see is really the result of a complex selection process and we really don’t know their stories or what goes on in their minds.

There will always be some who are unsure about what they are doing even after they’ve made multiple videos. For example, I never realized how conflicted Malachi Marx felt until he spoke of his issues, but it seems he would do well to set his priorities straight and avoid “easy come, easy go” financial situations. (I still rewatch bits of his RB live shows, because he’s such a natural.)

Anyway, there are definitely straight guys who would not touch another guy even at gunpoint, or if they are desperate for cash. When it comes to sexuality, it’s so hard to generalize.

Newcomer Wayne matches Zeb body type by body type. The Tahmoh Penikett resemblance is spot-on. More importantly, Wayne is eager and willing. I like Thad and Wayne, a new type of Corbin Fisher freshmen who are more game and even appear to be experienced with male-male sex.

So why is Corbin Fisher debuting a freshmen solo on Monday and an ACM update with a different freshmen on Tuesday for the past two weeks? Did the last group of freshmen (Gavin/Brewer/Wyatt/Ripley/Stuart/Carson) not make the transition to ACM? An evil scheme to cross-promote CFS? A shift to more one-off models?
