@kd – thanks! You can call me anything. Actually I think some of the regular connectors here truly have doctorates in porn; they’re so knowledgeable and spot-on. i can appreciate Fratpad (never sub’d to the site, though) from a Real World sort of standpoint (honestly don’t understand how there has NOT been an uncensored, RW-esque show that follows the lives of gay porn performers. The only reason I can think of why there hasn’t been is because the industry is sooooo secretive that it just wouldn’t be kosher…), and how well, guys are pretty base individuals, and given the opportunity will do just about anything for props. I had a Fratpad membership for a short time a few years ago and although they usually had some of the most incredibly hot guys I found that 40 plus minutes to watch a hot guy jackoff was just too much time and that I had better things to do with that time. A little of this footage goes a long way – one video every 6 months or so on the FratmenTV site is fine with me (I don’t have a Fratpad membership). Personally I think there’s stupid, voyeuristic fun to be had watching the Fratpad Friday clips. The guys look gorgeous even on grainy webcam, and though 98% of me likes to see passionate raw sex, 2% of me doesn’t mind watching hot guys pole-dancing to the Black Eyed Peas or fucking a strategically craved-out pumpkin. Another element I like is the candid, documentary feel. I always think it’s interesting that although porn is all about pretense and fantasy, we look for real emotions and unscripted moments in every video (the realness anchors our fantasy).
