Just for the record, Rick has a condition called “hypospadia” that results in an incompletely formed urethral opening and sometimes makes it look almost as if a “bite” has been taken out of a guy’s penis head. It’s present from birth and is becoming more and more common these days. It’s completely unrelated to circumcision. In fact, Rick is actually uncircumcised. I had a friend with this condition and it sure didn’t stop him from being a LOT of fun!
