@Baz – thanks for mentioning this; I didn’t mean to leave that bit out. Interestingly when I rewatched the video this morning the conversation seemed shorter than I recalled, and I don’t have a previously downloaded version to compare. I wondered if Corbin Fisher edited out a couple of sentences.

Patrol, you leave out what really annoyed people in regards to Preston’s comments. He stated that “gay love” is wrong and that the “man love” he was about to engage in with Trey was perfectly fine.

Watching this right now and I know one thing: Josh loves to get fucked! He usually can maintain a hard-on when he’s getting pounded.

Yeah, it all sounds pretty innocuous to me. And how much depth and nuance can you really expect out of guys their age? I usually let comments like those go in one ear and out the other. I’ve heard much worse from guys over at ND.

In “Preston’s First Time,” Preston says after his solo and ACS scenes he’s now comfortable with doing more. Corbin says, “So you’re not gay,” and Trey and Preston both mumble no, with Trey saying quietly he’s not gay. Then Preston says with a smile, “I’m not gay. My girlfriend is fine.” Trey sees his knees and Preston’s are touching and asks what this is. Preston says it is “man love” and they start kissing.

There was much debate on this blog about Preston being homophobic and “in it for the money.” Personally I was not deeply offended by Preston’s comment. He’s just a kid saying the first thing that comes to his mind instead of being more diplomatic. Corbin Fisher is the one who initiates the conversation and includes it in the video.

In Kent’s first ACM scene (with Dawson), he sits on the bed uncomfortably and discusses with Corbin they will start with oral and no rimming will be in the scene. They are quiet for a second, then Kent says having the cash definitely helps, and just holding the cash makes it feel a little better. He says he has hidden well, and Corbin jokes everyone will be strip-searched before they leave the studio. (His voice is so droll I don’t know if Kent knows he’s joking.)

This bit did not stir any controversy AFAIK (there were a few comments on this blog), but now that Kent has become such a prolific and well-rounded performer I think about this conversation every time I see him.

Tell me, I don’t remember…what are Preston’s and Kent’s controversies. I don’t recall either making those comments or anything being made of those comments in the blogs, but they sure do sound interesting. :) I’m not much of a Preston fan but I really like Kent. Hopefully he didn’t say too much to lower my viewing of him.

Next, thing… I know that it has been said before… but are Jordan and Josh REALLY brothers? They look like they could be related.

I have no problem with Beck, so this pairing is fine with me. I love Beck’s big, black pupils looking into the camera in the opening shot. The sex is by-the-numbers so I’m glad I’m into both models. Right after BJ they go straight to intercourse so I imagine they have discussed beforehand rimming will not be a part of this scene.

Beck cumming all over Josh’s hand is quite nice – isn’t that a great opportunity for Josh to indulge in some cum-eating, but nothing happened.

I suppose Beck now joins the list of Corbin Fisher models who have said deeply dubious things on camera – like Preston’s “man love” controversy and Kent’s “holding the cash made him feel better” comment.

Well, I wouldn’t help promote something that is clearly part of the problem and not the solution. I think there are a lot of self loathing gay men out there who don’t give a crap about the community and things that continue to set us back as long as they get their rocks off.

I don’t like the “we’re straight!” pretense. But the idea that everyone who does get into that fantasy (or even just accepts) is “self-loathing” is bogus. People are more complex than that. There are many shades of gray. Yes, some will fall into the “self-loathing” category, but that would be a distinct minority. And to the extent anyone hates themselves, sexually identification is just one of a multitude of possible drivers.
