From what I read on another blog, he got into some type of altercation and you know those outdoor fireplaces? He landed on one during the altercation and got badly burned. Somehow the right side of his back got burned and you can see the scarring from skin grafts in some of his scene previews on here, tho not really on this one. They probably apply makeup at Lucas and other sites but maybe not at all of them .
