In reply to Sushi. Samson and Res1 (both above) are correct -- this is hypospadia, not a botched circumcision. Do a web search for more info. A number of porn stars have this condition, but the severity level varies widely and most of the others are not affected quite as obviously as Rick. You're born with this and it doesn't matter if you are cut or uncut. Trystan Bull (uncut) is an example of someone affected to a much lesser extent. I actually give Rick and Trystan great credit for not hiding their cocks in the corner but waving them right out there with the rest of the other porn boys.
