Conner seems like a relatively smart guy (listened to his nuanced and well-thought out video reply on The Sword to a question about racism and realized that there is much more to the guy than just two receptacles for porn-dick).

Sometimes you forget that these are *real* people doing what can be thankless work under often shitty and demoralizing conditions (yeah, I know that they choose this particular line of “work” and that they get paid, but the same can be said of countless average janes and joes working soul-sucking 9-to-5s). Good to be reminded that there is often more to these guys than meets the jaded eye.
