@Jonny If you look at the “orientation” section under the history tab Corbin Fisher has written this: “Where appropriate, I personally read and respond to all communications.”

All I have to say is he must have one hell of a screener because they plain don’t respond to anything. It seems like they have this take it or leave it attitude. I’m really getting tired of taking it, so it might be time to leave it.

@ Louie Good points. Corbin Fisher can be really bad at showing they give a damn about their customers. That’s very unnecessary, unenlightened and bad for business.

I was surprised to see this update because I was thinking that maybe they had a breakdown with their servers again because they haven’t updated ACS yet; and last Friday should’ve been the bi-sex update. If they are having problems, or changing the schedule they should at least put some message up telling people so we don’t have to keep checking.

I wish they would start giving a crap about their customers. I should be used to it.
