Finally took a look at the stream for this. While the scene didn’t work for me because of Pavel’s hairiness (especially the excessive ass fur), I do have to say that the internal cumshot and the creampie were done REALLY well. The way the internal was done — with some visible late spurts — was perfect with respect to both visual impact AND proof that Pavel really came while fucking Pierce.
