Beefy is open to interpretation, but Colby is definitely in the beefy category. There is a huge difference between a guy who is just sloppy fat and has not muscle tone — and a body builder who has a little bit of fat. Muscle and fat can make for an awesome combo.

Thank you. It’s why I sorta cringe anytime I read a model described as beefy. For me, beefy ends up trying to turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse. It’s just a nice way to excuse getting fat.
