If you have iOS6, you can go to SETTINGS, GENERAL, KEYBOARD, SHORTCUTS and add in vag or vagina or gash or whatever. Added syntax will be recognized and not trigger the auto-correct, or you can even do some IF THAT, THEN THIS action.
