Sad to say the “video” is three 2-minute clips – a far cry from the languid, sub-sub-Kubrick, 40-minutes updates on FMTV in the past. About the oil, yes, it helps show off the definition in your muscles with the proper lighting. It’s done in competitions mainly, not so much in everyday life lol.
