I find it difficult to believe that a company would not look at the reviews of their products online. It’s free market research…well, I’m not convinced that the porn companies don’t pay for being featured and then pay an additional “pay-per-click” when someone clicks from WB to a site.

It may not be a controlled group producing the data outcomes, but it’s still raw feedback. Any marketing guru would kill to get information like this. Of course, it’s then up to them to decide if they want to use it or not.

I think Corbin Fisher is one site who tends to be hugely responsive to its viewers. The site welcomes and makes it easy to offer feedback. I’m sure they value the reviews of paying members moreso than those here on WB, but it makes sense to see not only what their community is saying. If they’re only hearing what paying long term members are saying, then how do they get new members? I’d be all up on WB seeing if there are suggestions or ideas here that are useful and achievable that would work for my product.
