Well, I’ll tell you basic preventives.

・A regular life.
・Don’t get too stressed.
・Enough sleep : At least, get sleep for 6－7 hours. And 10PM – 12AM is the best time zone to sleep because it is good for health and skin. (Skin recovers between 10PM – 2AM.)）.

・Healthy food : Fresh green & yellow vegetables and Fruits. (※ Vegetable juice sold at market is ineffective because most of nutrients are dead… Eat fresh vegetables and drink fresh vegetable juice ! Supplement is just auxiliary stuff. )
And especially, take vegetables and fruits including vitamin A , B2, B6, C, E, mineral. Google what foods have a lot of these nutrients !!

・Refrain from milk products and sweets and drinks including much sugar. If you have a milk allergy, it’s still worse to eat milk products !!!!

・Wash your face in the morning and in the night basically. But wash your face when you sweat.

(How to wash your face)
Froth up facial cleanser well , start to wash your face softly from much oily parts and rinse off cleanser of your face well with lukewarm water. And It’s good for pimple to use a facial cleanser including dipotassium glycyrrhizate.

(After washing your face.)
Always need to moisturize your face with face lotion because your face is losing necessary face oil to prevent dry skin after washing even if you are oily skin. If you don’t do anything after washing, your face secretes face oil very much to prevent dry skin. So your face might have become oily skin…

Well, you would want to know what the best face lotion for you is.
This is difficult to tell you because i don’t know your face condition at all…

Just try using a face lotion including vitamin C derivative or Ceramide or Niacin or Retinol or dipotassium glycyrrhizate and find which ingredient is the best for you. All of these ingredients are effective against pimples/Oily skin and good for face, and i think many face lotion including some of these ingredients are sold now.

They actually say in the write-up that it’s a re-release of an old scene. They haven’t done any new bi stuff lately and they’ve been getting lots of request for some.

I agree too. I saw Connor at a health food restaurant in Vegas and he is so damn hot in person too. I was with a co-worker who, like me, was drooling all over him and it was a strain to not tell her where to go see more of him.
