When are these site owners/managers going to learn how to cultivate/control a brand w/o also trying to control/restrict/step on the messages or voices of ANY and ALL critics (especially when a lot of those “critics” also happen to be paying or prospective/potential customers or subscribers)? As long as users abide by the TOS (or, in its absence, the generally accepted “rules of the road”), then comments – both positive and negative – should be allowed for all.
