Bottom is best known as Tomas Kukal (his William Higgins name). Nearly all his video work has been done at WH/Straight Hell. He’s also appeared under variations of the name John Mayers at Big Daddy and Man Avenue. I’m wondering if this is old, because he hasn’t appeared regularly for a few years.

DR seems to be mainly material recycled from Hot Desert Knights.
