I’ve watched the scene and Blake was very much into Shaw. He clearly loved Shaw’s body, despite any comments he has made elsewhere about his attraction only to the hard male penis. If you watch his actions in the scene, they are more representative of a gay man in heaven than at str8 mate just doing his job. I doubt his actions would be been scripted.

Blake was pretty honest and non-judgemental on that MoP comments thread until he got hounded by some militant asshole, and then he just stopped participating (unfortunately, imo, but understandably). Anyone who saw contempt or disgust or any other affect in what he wrote is reading their own issues into it.
