I think the standard excuse is the sets get so dirty from all the foot/equipment traffic that it’s better for the performers to keep their shoes or socks on. I’m not sure why area rugs aren’t thought of as a alternative.

I think that was more 80s and early 90s than 70s (but feel free to cite some movies to prove me wrong). Timberland boots were the bane of my existence. Even in movies that had plots, the guys would go at it fully dressed, and then suddenly the pants were off and the boots were on. The fact that they had to stop tape to dress that way always ruined the fantasy for me, alongside the fact that I just don’t find that hot.

Yes, Tyce is a nice addition to any scene. So glad he moved on from that horrible Next Door Ebony site. To this day, I still cannot understand how Kiern Duncan never made it past NDE to become a mainstream superstar.

I just wish FSG would get the shit together with their set staging. It’s like they just grabbed whatever left over props they had in the vicinity, threw it in the same room and turned on the camera. Back in the day Falcon used to put thought into how their scenes were dressed. These days many of the offerings they put out feel lazy and uninspired.
