I started to mention about the piracy, but you’re right, that’s a separate and longer conversation. It does double damage, though — not only can people get that specific shared content, but free content in general is so abundant that it’s hard to see porn as being that precious. I remember the first Colt Studios video tape I bought, I paid something like 60 dollars for. When Dick Wadd’s Bareback series came out, it was almost the only bareback stuff on the market and I paid $80 for their stuff. For 80 bucks now, they’d have to come to my house and breed ME. Agree. That’s why I let the subscription lapse for awhile. It’s been renewed on the special for a few months. Hopefully there will be enough good scenes to warrant the expenditure. I wish Bry would get rid of the stupid serviced and edge scenes. They are a waste IMO.

That scene was hot. I have a love/hate relationship with CM. Bryan will put out a scene like that then for the next month put out scenes where Armani tops. He is too inconsistent and his worshipping of straight guys is a huge turn off.

I am not really in to the guys they have over there, there have been a few i liked such as Taylor and Darius and currrently Cooper Reed but for the most part the CM guys don’t do. it for me.

i didn’t say it’s better now than back then. as a matter of fact, I even responded to karl below that yes i think the quality has dipped in varying degrees across most if not all sites. We can rationalize it and blame the common suspect piracy (which Bryan Ockert explained in a now-taken-down blog post where he pointed the ridiculous multiple-fold difference in views between the scenes in his site and the same scenes in free tubesites which contributes to a great deal in his struggles to keep on) but that would be a different topic altogether, and a longer conversation at that. What I’m trying to say is that if we are going to make an assessment on its current standing then make comparisons with what’s currently out there. And what’s out there, really? Not above and over any better, I say. Sure, Corbin Fisher and other studios like Sean Cody or cm have done great work back then but like Ockert pointed out (and even the selling of Sean Cody to tubesit..err..MG) the game’s no longer the same in many ways.

On the models,I dunno. I don’t think there’s an over abundance of em whose willing (which would cast the blame on the studios for not tapping on to the pool) but I wouldn’t say there are very few either. Unless, of course, we see actual numbers on how many go out to auditions can we answer this. But the mere fact that we don’t see a new guy doing hardcore every other day (which should be the case if we take into consideration the fact that this is a competitive industry for these studios) leads me to think that CF, Sean Cody or whoever all don’t get a knock on the door from a guy willing to go gay in front of the whole world.
