Acts of sex don’t define ones sexuality, I know this and don’t patronize me. There’s a difference between simply “having sex” and actually “enjoying sex”. If you’re trying to tell me that a straight man can ENJOY sex with men (on a regular basis) than I have a unicorn to sell to ya. I’d rather you tell me that you don’t believe in labels at all than try to justify how how straight these guys still are, just because only the “sex act” is gay. Their sexuality is complex! Sexuality is deeper than just romantic feelings, it’s very much about the physical too.

I’m very much a firm believer in the diversity of the sexuality spectrum and the complexity, and that’s why I have a hard time swallowing the defense of “straight men” and their “straightness” no matter what they do in gay porn.

The problem is with the term – the meaning is a trait, but the term is, in my (and several others’ here) opinion a behavior. heterosexual means having sex among sexes; homosexual means having sex with the same sex. But being “gay” or “straight” means something deeper, pardon the pun. I believe we’re all “sexual” and behavior is just based on preference and/or circumstance. Believe me, 27 years in the service supports that theory!

Trying to create a threshold for what makes one a heterosexual and another threshold for a homosexual is just pointless to me…

However, I’m not certain if you’re saying that these gay-for-pay “straight” guys lead a completely heterosexual personal, private life but have no problem having gay sex with guys on film for money, and sometimes this gay sex feels good and is enjoyable, but they’re still straight because they are not attracted to guys at all?

I think if you have sex with a guy and at least like it in some small way, then you aren’t completely straight, regardless if you are attracted to guys, per se. Perhaps this distinction is pedantic or spending too much effort trying to label, but it interests me.
