Not really a racist comment. More or less the “Grr! You can’t say that word! That’s our word!” type of shit that someone would through. He’s not the first white person I’ve seen use “nigga” and he won’t be the last. I’ve seen Christian Collins use it and so has Brandon from Sean Cody.
