One of the reasons I was obsessed with William Higgins was that he always made good movies in an era when you could not do ANY research before you bought or rented something. I used to be a big fan of Dennis in his Sean Cody days. But the combination of mendotcom, Dennis’ over exposure and his somewhat haggard looks these days have dramatically tempered his appeal imo.

The difference is that I like Dennis. But he can’t stop himself from doing garbage scenes. It reminds me of how much garbage porn came out when porn directors switched to videotape. The philosophy seemed to be that if someone shot a load, it should be for sale.
