In reply to Ivan Jimenez. You have to start out with the right frame. If you don't have broad shoulders to begin with, there will be no "V". If you have broad shoulders and a narrow waist, you can enhance the V with pull-ups, chin-ups, pull-downs, etc. which all work the lats.

Lots of shoulders, back, lats, and trap workouts – then to keep it all balanced you also have to work Bi’s, Tris, (arms) and chest – toss in some abs.. well now you have to do squats.. nobody loves a built guy with no ass or legs. All well worth the effort though – the dividends are fucking awesome. The up side? Well the more muscle you add the less cardio you have to do! That all gets done in the sheets :)
