Absolutely, and thought the same about EB’s casting. She’s shown very briefly in the teaser but her version of Rita Replusa — more menacing & sexy — works. I highly recommend watching when getting the chance, it looks slick and just feels cool & contemporary. The character bios for each Ranger are more layered & complex, so before even watching the teaser, “The Breakfast Club” feels are already present.

Neither did I at first (shoutout to Brit’s “Stronger” chair in the interrogation scenes).

Yeah I’ve heard of that story. I have no clue which Red Ranger he was, tbh, my knowledge of PR doesn’t go beyond MMPR for the most part.

I remember thinking Elizabeth was such an odd choice for Rita, and I love her. She seems more suited for Divatox. Haven’t seen the trailer yet, but if it’s a mashup of those two films, I’m all in.

That’s right, it was the Beek who played that role. Love him. The darker tone was soo cool. And sexy. I loved the little Easter eggs here and there. Some of them I didn’t even pick up on at first until they were pointed out by others.

I started taking notice when Elizabeth Banks was announced as Rita and became invested while watching interviews of the cast at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, two months ago. The teaser trailer debuted last week @ New York Comic Con and I’m perched. It’s “The Breakfast Club” meets “Chronicle” which is a great move & overall direction I feel.

Yes, I loved “Power/Rangers” and thought it was a dope, darker take on the property. I loved Katee Sackhoff as Kim and all the little easter eggs throughout. James Van Der Beek starred as Rocky.

I just found out because I follow him on Twitter and he posted a link to his Instagram on how he thought he would never be a dad because he was “different”. The baby was born in February. Because they’re not married, I’m still hoping that things remain okay. In this day and age, relationships don’t last like they used to and with the BF being the biological father, he could easily take full-custody of the child if he and Robbie fall out. Again, praying that doesn’t happen. Already have a cousin going through that and because she took their son to California without informing him and she’s lost custody of the child.
