Jesse was getting bigger at one point but I haven’t really gotten a look at him now. Call me a nostalgiafag but I’m still trying to keep the twink Jesse alive with the hunky reincarnation that came immediately after that, too.

Yeah, I remember Zak Spears from the mid 90s. He was a slim/toned, preppy, urbane guy, who looked like a neatly dressed wall street professional. Then he got bigger…and hairier…and bigger…and hairier…with extreme piercings and an increasing harsh look about the face. After a while he became plain scary to look at, and his image started dictating his work because now his extreme “daddy” persona had him acting the part…being all mean and borderline sexually abusive with his scene partners. It was a stark contrast to how he was first introduced. Jesse’s metamorphosis is sort of reminiscent of Spears. He’s not big…yet…but everything else is sort of going that way.

I didn’t truly know what him being the new Zak Spears meant until I looked up Zak’s old scenes. He was less hairy, no tats (from what I saw) and had no piercings. Jesse looks dirty to me now and not in the good way but I should have seen it coming because he said in his earlier days that he was into S&M.

The analogy works, but it’s still offputting. Jesse Santana started off cute and clean cut (for porn.) Then he descended into OTT Piercings, tats, leather, stretched holes, BB/fetish porn and became haggard looking. It was as if he had been put through some kind of ringer and corrupted. Duran didn’t start off as sweet, but he wasn’t as peculiar as he is now. I don’t like seeing clean cut guys turn into abstract daddies. It’s kind of sad to see.
