His name is Noah Galvin, and the TV show is The Real O’Neals. For me, it is a VERY enjoyable show and Noah is GREAT in it. They often do fun dream sequences. It is based on the life of Dan Savage, who apparently had a very religious mother, who did her best to be supportive, and a family (especially a wonderful dad who could not care less that his son was gay). Often very funny but you sometimes need to be well versed in pop culture, like in Will & Grace.

Noah made some comments that were not well thought out about coming out and the first episode this season was to make amends to that. He tried to get his one gay friend in school (an Asian lesbian) to come out and then realized the error of his ways and ran to her to stop her, realizing it would not be the right thing to do FOR HER.

I don’t care either way really. I haven’t subscribed since May because as you say, there are too many “craptastic” updates. Sean Cody needs to improve a lot to get me back.
