Agree, I’m not sure how threeways work financially.
But, if he wants to improve his bottom line, he needs to improve his product, which has seen significant loss of quality in the past year at least.
Maybe change his schedule to two good scenes per week, instead of the unnecessary solo, no need for the oral only Wednedsays (sometimes wasting his best performers), just have two good sex scenes.
That would be a start, though he does need many more hotter guys than what he has now.
