Yes. Thousands of Brits come to Exit festival in Novi Sad (Serbia) every year and they can act like savages sometimes. Unlike Germans and Scandinavians who tend to be calm. That barbaric feature from ancient time might have survived in the English. Croatia is very nicely built and clean but people usually consider her boring. Slovenia especially – their name itself indicates that they are Slavs and yet they are more like Germans – cold and reserved too. London is actually pretty easy to live in. The house rent is ridiculously expensive but the rest of the prices are totally OK. Food and clothes are very cheap. Very good public transport.

Yes. The people in the West are cold and closed – acting like robots. I live in London from time to time so I know what you are talking about. And then on weekends they get drunk like pigs – probably to let it all out. I like Zagreb (that is Croatia – very clean and organized for Balkan standards – though stiff and calm) and Sarajevo (very warm and relaxed). Belgrade is very vibrant too (and the biggest city in ex Yugoslavia).
